Emmett, Idaho is a wonderful area in Southern Idaho about 15 minutes north of Eagle. It is in Gem County and is more rural than neighboring Ada County to the south.
Emmet has ranch land, development land, and subdivisions that are still affordable, yet within a reasonable commute to Eagle or Boise. Emmett is only 40 minutes from downtown Boise jobs.
