Dear Home Seller,

When you list your home with me, you can be assured that I will be working with one goal in mind—to get you top dollar for your home. Too many new agents out there naively think that simply putting a home on the MLS will get it sold. That's a great start, but it takes more than that to get the kind exposure that sells a home in a reasonable amount of time for a good asking price. It takes experience and a passionate interest in helping people realize their dreams.

I'm passionate about selling real estate

I started in Real Estate as an Executive Assistant to the Broker/Owner of a small company in 1994, then moved to United Realty, followed by RE/MAX in about 1998. I've been a Top Producer consistently since I coming to RE/MAX. Helping people realize their dreams of owning Real Estate is a natural fit for me, and I've never looked back at doing anything different. There just isn't anything else I would rather do.

My home marketing experience is invaluable to me in judging the best ways to get exposure for your home in any market. I have a marketing plan for your home that has been proven to work for client after client in all kinds of markets. My marketing plan involves aggressive online marketing, traditional print advertising, classified ads, and more, and is the product of many years of selling real estate.
